MY HAT
- My hat is awesome
- It looks better than a dead possum
- It is red
- It sits upon my head
- My hat is plaid
- I think the possum's name was Brad
- It is also black
- I think the possum got squished by a yak
- My hat I do love
- That yak I would like to shove
- Oh no! A dove stole my hat
- The yak was fat
- I wish the yak would eat the dove
- There would be no terror from above
- But the yak would just get fatter
- And it would shatter the ladder
- Ukuleles bother me
- Do not ski into a tree
- Oh look! There goes the yak
- It's heading out for a snack
- Maybe cookies, maybe cake
- Maybe possums on a rake
- I want my hat back on my head
- I wish the possum wasn't dead
- Oh look - where's Brad?
- He might have ran off to go see Chad
- Chad is a fat yak
- The one that ran off for a snack
- I wish they would come back
- To launch a dove attack
- I wonder what that dove is named
- I hope my hat is not stained!
- I'll call the dove Ted
- Hopefully he likes bread
- I hear a yak!
- My animal friends have come back!
- We must attack Ted
- To get my hat back on my head
- Oh - look at that
- Ted decided to give back my hat!
That is the poem I wrote for my English project. The hat is actually real. My hat doesn't have the black strip of fabric near the brim, though, the plaid just continues.
